Bruce has nearly 44 years in the film and video industry. And as a Director of Photography he has experience in both the still and moving image. He also has a wide knowledge of all areas of production and multimedia work.

Commercials - 35mm film, 16mm film, Beta SP and Beta Digital. Commercials for - Dairy Board, Sony TV, Lotto, Japan Water Purifier, Air NZ-Avis, Tatties, Skellerup, Kawasaki Farm Bikes, Bonds Legalong and 4door Chevette.

Outside Broadcast - Experience with TAB Trackside Channel including, Camera, Sound, Floor Managing, CCU and track testing. Also Experience with OSB Camera work on Race to the Sky for Sky Sport

Documentaries - Film and Video documentary titles include - The Gift, Whales, Ghost Town Ball, Kakapo, Up With The Birds, Indian Pacific Railway, Edge of Wilderness, Rimutaka Incline, On Denniston, Rails in the Wilderness, Selwyn Toogood's New Zealand, North Island Main Trunk, Expo 88 Cinemascope, and Japanese Paragliding doco Against the Wind.

Corporate Videos - Promotional short films for - Mitsubishi Cars, The Kiwi Dairy Giant, Interlock Window Fittings, Hannahs Shoes, and The New Zealand Dairy Board.

Television - As well as News and Current Affairs , filmed for such programmes as - Country Calendar, Fair Go, Spot On, WildTrack, Close to Home, Mountain Dew on the Edge, and a music clip for What Now.

Photography - Trained as a stills photographer with a commercial photographic business in Wellington. Recent experience includes digital imaging for the Internet and location searches for production planning.

Film Production - Music clips of The Fourmyula pop group - Alice is There, Supernatural Blues Band - Mississippi Paddle Boat, and many others. Stringer News Camera for NZBC - WNTV1

Production - Training as cameraman with the National Film Unit. Advancing to senior Director of Photography. Cameraman for Television New Zealand. Director/Camera for a documentary in Papua New Guinea and Director for mobile medical documentary on kidney stone removal.

Digital Imaging- Producing images for CD ROM and the Internet using film-strip scanner and Adobe Photoshop. In assisting people with the Internet, have built and serviced a number of high powered computers.
