David has nearly 40 years in the film and video industry. And as a Director he has experience in both the still and moving image. He also has a wide knowledge of all areas of production and multimedia.

Commercials - 35mm film, 16mm film, Beta SP and Beta Digital. Commercials for - NZ Dairy Board and Tourist Department

Documentaries - Film and Video documentary titles include - Ghost Town Ball, Edge of Wilderness, Rimutaka Incline, On Denniston, Rails in the Wilderness, Selwyn Toogood's New Zealand, North Island Main Trunk, Total Steam.

Corporate Videos - Promotional short films for - Kiwi Dairy Giant, Interlock, Hannahs Shoes, and Dairy Board.

Television - Various Current Afairs Items, New Zealand Documentaries.

Photography - Became a photographer at a young age with interest in steam engines. Recent experience includes digital imaging for the Internet and location searches for production planning.

Production - Training as Director with the National Film Unit. Advancing to senior Director. Freelance Director.

Editing - Trained at the National Film Unit as an editor/director winning awards for consistantly excellent editing and directing skills.
